What is your venue guest capacity?

We have a final guest count limit of 150 guests.

Do you provide tables and chairs?

We have 28 tables of various sizes, 150 white resin padded chairs, and 20 benches. Additionally we take care of the setup and breakdown in conjunction with your wedding coordinator and caterer.

Is there a place for the bridal party to get ready at the Carriage House?

Yes! We offer the downstairs of our home for the bridal party to prepare for the big day

How much does parking cost?

We provide parking and parking attendants as a complimentary service! We have a large gravel lot that can accommodate you and your guests.

Do you provide any decorations?

We try to landscape the grounds in such a way that it provides a natural decor. That being said, we have acquired countless items given to us from past weddings. Many of these decorations would be ideal for a “rustic” wedding theme. You are more than welcome to use these to decorate the venue.

Can I stop by to see the grounds without an appointment?

Unfortunately, you must make an appointment to see the property. The Chapel Hill Carriage House is our private property and residence. Since the grounds are sometimes used for special events such as weddings, unexpected visits could disrupt these events. Reach out to set up an appointment.
